Carrie currently is a psychometrist and member of the intake team at Cornerstone. She is a retired special education teacher who has received a B.A. and B. Ed from York University, and later, she furthered her education, and received her M. Ed from OISE/ University of Toronto.
During her career, Carrie has taught special needs students, including those with ADHD, learning disabilities and autism. Her warmth and strong interpersonal and communication skills have allowed her to build collaborative relationships with teachers, parents and other stakeholders. Indeed, these assets have come in handy at Cornerstone where she can offer insight as well as support to families and clients. In her spare time, Carrie enjoys working out, spending time with her 2 boys, reading books and travelling.
