Lockdown/Stay at Home Order - While Ontario is in LOCKDOWN or is under "Stay at Home" order, Cornerstone is only able to offer assessments via our virtual platform. This means we will not be able to accommodate in-person appointments including all gifted assessments as these require in-person testing. Our sincere apologies. However, we do hold waitlists specifically for in-person appointments and gifted assessments which will be attended to and actioned once conditions are safe (please refer to other zone descriptions).
Phase 1 & 2 - While Ontario is in Phase 1 / 2, Cornerstone will be able to offer assessments in a hybrid format. This means a combination of virtual and in-person appointments may be accommodated. In-person appointments will be scheduled on a case by case basis. Please contact the office for further detail.
Phase 3 - While Ontario is in Phase 3, Cornerstone will be able to offer assessments in a hybrid format. This means a combination of virtual and in-person appointments may be accommodated. In-person appointments will be scheduled on a case by case basis. At this time individuals on the In-person/Gifted waitlists will be prioritized. Please contact the office for further detail.
