The Canadian Mental Health Association - York and South Simcoe region - have compiled an expansive list of resources in attempts to keep this time as peaceful and stress-free as possible. Validating emotions is still of utmost importance - feeling anxious is OK. From tips and facts to virtual/phone-based counselling and even interesting videos and uplifting activities, CMHA is updating their website regularly to continue servicing everyone in need!

Both CMHA and Cornerstone urges you to remember, however, that if you or someone you know is in crisis to please call 310-COPE or visit your local emergency department (if it is safe).
